If ASI cancels or reschedules any service, ASI will grant a 100% refund to all Participants.

If ASI cancels any service due to the improper or unsafe conduct of a Participant, no refund shall be issued to any Participant in that individual's party.

Aqua Sports, Inc. (ASI) reserves the right to: (1.) deny service to any individual for any reason, and (2.) cancel or reschedule service without notice.

If a Participant cancels any ASI service the following rules shall apply: (1.) if a Participant cancels any ASI service more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, the Participant is entitled to a 100% refund; (2.) if a Participant cancels any ASI service more than 48 hours, but less than 72 hours, prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, the Participant is entitled to a 50% refund; and, (3.) if a Participant cancels any ASI service less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, the Participant is not entitled to any refund.

If a Participants reschedules any ASI service the following rules shall apply: (1.) If a Participant reschedules any ASI service more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, ASI will apply 100% of the fee paid toward any other service for up to 6 months from the original date of payment. (2.) If a Participant reschedules any ASI service more than 48 hours, but less than 72 hours, prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, ASI will apply 50% of the fee paid toward any other service for up to 6 months from the original date of payment. The Participant shall forfeit the remaining 50% of the original fee paid. (3.) If a Participant reschedules any ASI service less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the service, the Participant shall forfeit 100% of the fee paid to ASI.

To cancel or reschedule any ASI activity the Participant must notify ASI via email at the following email address: CustomerService@AquaSportsInc.com or submit a Cancellation/Reschedule Form to an ASI representative. The time of cancellation or rescheduling shall be the time at which ASI received the notice of cancellation via either of the above methods.
